the operation of a Part 360 transfer station and storage facility
which would allow the facility to accept the return of used syringes from medical
facilities to which Pharmalogic delivers radiopharmaceuticals. The materials will be
stored until the radioactive sharps have decayed to background levels. The sharps will
then be transferred to a New York State licensed medical waster transporter for treatment
and off-site disposal. The proposed approved design capacity of the facility is 500 pounds
per month.

include approximately 100 feet of rip-rap stream bank stabilization on the north shore and
100 feet of willow planting stream bank stabilization on the south shore. Approximately
20' of the existing outfall pipe will be removed, and the end will be capped. The SPDES
permit modification is needed to identify the new outfall location, no changes to the
effluent limits or monitoring requirements of the existing SPDES permit are proposed.
