The applicant proposes to construct new bulkheading seaward of apparent high water along 60 feet of shoreline, and install a walkway, ramp, 6' x 32' float and three 3'x 16' fingers floats .   The new bulkhead construction will result in the filling of approximately 300 square feet of tidal wetalnds known as littoral zone.  The project site is locate at 143 California Place, Island Park, Nassau County.
