Livingston County - Livingston County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Groveland Station County Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of the County Sewer District and construction of improvements including the installation of approximately 12,000 lf of 8" gravity sewer main and appurtenances, 2000 lf of 4" force main, three sanitary sewer lift stations with back up power, a 50,000 to 100,000 waste water treatment plant and the purchase of necessary properties or the gaining of easements for the successful completion of the project. The project is located in the Hamlet of Groveland Station, Town of Sparta and Groveland.

Monore County - The Town Board of the Town of Brighton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mansions at Brighton may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves multi-family housing development to be located on a 33.7 +/- acre parcel of land commonly known as “The Maxion Estate Property”. The project is located on the south side of Elmwood Avenue across from Elmwood Manor Apartments and east of the Town of Brighton/City of Rochester municipal border in the Town of Brighton, Monroe County.
