Suffolk County - The Town of Brookhaven Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendments to the Code of the Town of Brookhaven Chapter 85 Entitled "Zoning" and to rezone various properties may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the rezoning of various parcels. The project is for the entire Town of Brookhaven.

Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Bayberry Properties. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on May 27, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Southampton Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, NY 11968. The action involves a change of zone application of Bayberry Properties to rezone four separate parcels identified as SCTM No.ís 900-127-1-1; 900-127-1-2; 900-127-1-3 and 900-127-1-4, comprising 298 acres, from R-120 Residential to Multiple Use Planned Development District (MUPDD) pursuant to Section 330-240 of the Town Code. The application proposes to rezone said parcels to permit the construction of a golf course, a club house and practice area, maintenance buildings, fifteen (15) cottages, a building for employee housing, and a dwelling for a caretaker. The site is located on four (4) separate parcels bounded by National Golf Links of America to the north and east, by Peconic Bay to the west and by Cold Spring Road and Cold Spring Pond on the south, Town of Southampton.
