The application is for the
addition of 16 acres to the existing 4 acre "Wyant's Gravel Pit"
and also adding a portable crusher that has a maximum processing capacity of 50 tons per
hour. The reclamation objective will be wildlife habitat, which is the same as planned for
the existing mine. Wyant's Gravel Pit is located southeast of Allegany County Route 32,
approximately 800 feet south of the intersection of Downing Road.
