Leo Matt proposes
to expand his sand and gravel mining operation located west of NYS Route 69
near the hamlet of Taberg. The life of mine boundary would increase from 15.0 to 28.0 acres, with
a total affected area of 18.5 acres during the coming 5-year permit term. The project will include
on-site processing (screening and crushing) of mining products. The location of the mine is 1200
feet west of Route 69 and 400 feet southeast of Meadows Road in the Town of Annsville, Oneida
