The applicant proposes to
remove 1,850 cubic yards of bottom sediment, in a 70 foot by
300 foot area along the shore side of "A" dock at the Mooney Bay Marina facility,to
allow continued use of the existing boat slips. The site, owned by James Wyand, is
located on Point Au Roche Road, just north of Poin Au Roche State Park. The dredged
material will be disposed of upland on the marina property, and will be covered with top
soil and seeded.
