Allegany County - The Bolivar-Richburg Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Phase V Capital Improvementt Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves additions and renovations to various school buildings as follows:

Niagara County - The Planning Board of the City of Niagara Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Retail Center (the "Project") will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a retail center on the former LaSalle High School property. The proposed retail center will be constructed on the now vacant 53 acre site. The applicant proposes to develop retail uses consisting of the following: (1) a 203,622 SF Wal-Mart Supercenter; (2) a 135,345 SF Sam's Club with associated gasoline filling station; (3) a 107, 750 SF retail building with three 5,970 SF detached restaurant buildings; and (4) a 52,000 SF retail building. The project is located on the former LaSalle High School property, located at 1500 Military Road, City of Niagara Falls.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Erie County - The Town of Orchard Park, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Bierworth-Reidman Homes Inc. The action involves the rezoning of 41.5 acres of vacant land to construct a 290 unit luxury apartment project with 600 parking spaces, including approximately 165 garage spaces that will be provided in detached buildings located throughout the site near respective buildings. The project is located in the Town of Orchard Park.
