Broome County - The City Council of the City of Binghamton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the City of Binghamton Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the City of Binghamton preparing a Comprehensive Plan that sets forth a strategic direction for the community. The plan comprehensively addresses zoning, land use, economic development, parks and recreation, neighborhoods, the environment, and other related municipal issues. The project is located in the City of Binghamton, Broome County, New York.

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Village of Skaneateles, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Parkside Village Subdivision. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on May 1, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at the Skaneateles Fire Station, Fennell Street, Skaneateles, NY. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until May 11, 2003. The action involves the development of approximately 44 acres of existing woodlands, scrub brush and vacant farmland. It is proposed to construct the infrastructure necessary to provide approximately 50 residential building lots in accord with the existing Residential A-2 and Residential B zoning Classification of this parcel. The project is located on farm lots nos. 27 and no. 36 in the Village of Skaneateles.
