Columbia County - The Town of Stockport Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Stockport Water System/Supply Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a new well(s) and the construction of a new water filtration facility to accommodate water supply quality and quantity demands for the Town of Stockport and to comply will the surface water treatment rule of the Safe Water Drinking Act. The project also includes the construction of a new 500,000 gallon elevated water storage facility, distribution improvements, and the installation of individual water meters on services. The Well and Filtration facility shall be located at the existing pump house location on CR 26. The new elevated water storage facility shall be located on NYS Route 9 Town of Stockport.

Columbia County - The Town of Ancram Town of Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Scenic Resource Protection Plan dated December 2002 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project is located in the Town of Ancram.

Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Preparation, Delaware RA #12, Stand A-7 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a herbicide reduction of ferns, non-commercial tree species and undesirable low valued tree species to allow the natural regeneration of desired species such as sugar maple and black cherry. The action is to take place on an 11 acre site, presently occupied by stands of sugar maple, black cherry, and red maple. The impact on public health is minimal. Personnel will be equipped with safety equipment. Also, following label instructions for the application will minimize risk. The project is located in Delaware Reforestation Area, approximately nine miles northeast of Andes, Town of Stamford, Delaware County.
