Onondaga County - The Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Liverpool Pump Station Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The purpose of the proposed project is to divert and store excess wet-weather related sewage flows within the Liverpool Service Area sanitary sewer system, and abate sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) to Bloody Brook and Onondaga Lake. Following the end of wet-weather events, stored flows will be returned to the Liverpool Pump Station for conveyance to the Metropolitan Syracuse Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The proposed project, located fully within the Town of Salina north of the Village of Liverpool, consists of constructing the following:

Oswego County - The Town of Richland Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Richland Water District No. 1 Extension No. 1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 3,800 linear feet of 8-inch water main along Pine Grove Road, 600 linear feet of 8-inch water main along County Route 28, and 1,500 linear feet of 8-inch water main along County Route 41 in the Town of Richland. This project is an extension of Water District No. 1 previously formed, but not yet constructed. Water will be derived from groundwater wells located within the Town.

Cortland County - The Town of Cortlandville Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Express Mart-Rerob, LLC. The action involves the construction and operation of an approximately 6,670 sq. ft. Express Mart at the southwest corner of the intersection of State Route 13 and Lime Hollow Road. In addition to the 6,670 sq. ft. building the Express Mart will consist of separate parking areas and driveways for cars, recreational vehicles and tractor trailers and fueling areas. It will also house a convenience store. The project is located in the Town of Cortlandville.
