New Notices for ENB Issue of April 9, 2003: 1

Revised Notice Phillip Farinacci has applied to the NYSDEC for a freshwater wetlands permit to construct a detached two-family house within the adjacent area of regulated Class I Freshwater wetland NA-7 (South Beach). The project is located on the south side of McLaughlin Street, 77.68 feet west of the intersection of Oceanside Avenue and McLaughlin Street, Staten Island, Richmond County.

A legislative hearing to receive your comments will be held on May 8, 2003 at 10:00am. A pre-hearing issues conference will be held immediately following the legislative hearing. An adjudicatory hearing at the will immediately follow the issues conference and continue thereafter if necessary. Filings for party status must be received by 4:00pm on May 2, 2003.
