Monroe County - The Director of Zoning of the City of Rochester, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Lattimore Medical Center Parking Lot Expansion Project. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on Monday, April 21, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rochester Environmental Commission, Room 309-A, City Hall, 30 Church St., Rochester, NY 14614. The action involves construction of an 85 space asphalt parking lot expansion of the existing parking lot serving the Lattimore Medical Center at 125 Lattimore Road, Rochester.

Steuben County - The Steuben County Legislature, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed New Bath Landfill Lateral Expansion. The action involves the construction of an approximately 31 acre lateral expansion to the existing New Bath Landfill to meet the waste disposal needs of Steuben County. The project is located on Turnpike Road, Town of Bath, Steuben County, New York.
