The applicant proposes to
construct new sanitary sewers throughout the Route 9 Sewer
District that extends from along Route 9 from Route 149 south to Sweet Rd. and then
southeasterly to Quaker Rd. where it will connect to an existing sewer trunk line. The
construction of the sewer line will cross 3 streams that will not be disturbed and will
temporarily impact 204 linear ft. and 0.115 acre of NYSDEC designated wetland or 100
ft. adjacent area.
