Project Description:
The applicant proposes a new discharge of 6500 gpd of treated sanitary and cooling water to Claverack Creek from a primary treatment plant at the applicant's facility located at the COARC-Mellenville, State Route 217 in Mellenville, Town of Claverack, Columbia County.  The applicant plans to replace an existing failed system at an existing facility.
