Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hudson Preserve Apartments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 348 apartment units and related facilities on a 58.18 acre site. The project is located at 108 & 136 Troy Schenectady Road and 50 Lake Shore Drive in the Town of Colonie.

Greene County - The Greene County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Gaffney Property Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition by the Agency of certain vacant real property located in the Town of Coxsackie, known as tax s/b/l # 56.00-2-2, containing approximately 100 acres (the "Gaffney Property") and the granting of a certain Conservation Easement on the Gaffney Property in favor of the Greene County Soil & Water Conservation District (the "Project"). The Project is vacant unimproved real estate and the Agency does not intend to develop the real estate. The project is located in the Town of Coxsackie.
