additional 6.3 acres on a 210 acre parcel owned by the applicant, immediately east of

The New York Power Authority
proposes to stabilize a 2000' long section of eroded
earthen bank 2' to 7' in height along Sucker Brook by grading the bank to a more stable
slope, installing geotextile fabric along with approximately 5000 cubic yards of rip-rap,
concrete erosion control units, and select vegetative plantings. The project is located
along the eastern shore of Sucker Brook in the Village of Waddington, St. Lawrence
County.
