Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Planning Board of the Town of Brighton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed ER-16-02 Clinton Woods will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for subdivision and for construction of a 40,000 square foot office building with associated parking and utilities on property located on S. Clinton Avenue, Tax ID 3s 149.07-01-1.999 and 149.07-01-1.110. The project is located on S. Clinton Avenue, Tax ID #s 149.07-01-1.999 and 149.07-01-1.110, Town of Brighton.

Steuben County - The Town Board of the Town of Erwin, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of The Town of Erwin Comprehensive Plan 2010 Update will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves The Comprehensive Plan 2010 Update, which sets-forth a strategic direction for the community. The plan comprehensively addresses zoning, land use and economic development issues, parks and recreation, neighborhoods, the environment, and other related municipal issues. The Action is solely the adoption and not the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan. The implementation of the numerous recommendations made within the Plan will be reviewed under subsequent SEQRA processes as needed. The project is located in the Town of Erwin, Steuben County, New York.

Yates County - The Board of Education of the Penn Yan Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Penn Yan Academy New Construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition of approximately 111.6 acres of land to be developed for a future high school (200,000 s.f.) and athletic fields. The project is located on the corner of Stiles and Townsend Road, in the Town of Milo.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Ontario County - The Planning Board of the Town of Victor, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Victor Commerce Park. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until April 10, 2003. The action involves a subdivision to combine four parcels into one and to exchange land with the neighboring Scala property and also to develop a site plan consisting of approximately 95 acres of land with approximately 566,089 square feet of retail space, restaurants, offices, out parcels and a hotel. The project is located NYS Route 96, in the Town of Victor.

Notice Of Acceptance of Final EIS

Monroe County - The Planning Board of the Town of Sweden, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Crystal Ridge - Planned Unit Development. The action involves a proposed residential planned unit development (PUD) consisting of approximately 800 units on 311 acres in the Town of Sweden, New York. The project would include approximately 189 single family units, 116 townhouse units, 456 apartment units and 38 senior housing units, with these units to be developed in three phases over an approximate time span of twenty years. Proposed project is located between Lake and Redman Road, south of Fourth Section Road and north of White Road in the Town of Sweden.

Seneca County - The Seneca County Board of Supervisors, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Seneca County Public Safety Building and Jail. The project involves the construction of the Seneca County Public Safety Building and Jail on the Seneca Army Depot Site, on the west side of NYS Routes 96 at Brokma Road. The project is located on NYS Routes 96 at Brokma Road, Town of Romulus.
