Oswego County - The Town of Scriba, as lead agency, has determined that the East/South Water District Extension No. 1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of 112,000 feet of 8" and 10" water main. All main line work will be in the road rights-of-way. The project is located on County Route 29, Nine Mile Point Road, Parkhurst Road, lake Road, North road, County Route 1, County Route 4, County Route 176, Silk Road, Black Creek Road, Myers Road, O'Conner Road, Paddy Lake Road, and Pleasant Road.

The project is located villagewide.
