Negative Declaration

Orange County - The NYS Office of General Services(OGS), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Gonzaga Retreat Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the disposition of the approximately 216 acres and building at the former Gonzaga Retreat Center, Seven Springs Road, in the Towns of Blooming Grove, Woodbury, and Monroe, Orange County.

Westchester County - The Town of Yorktown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cat Hill at Hilltop Hanover Farm will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. It is proposed to subdivide a +22.0 acres site into six (6) lots, and to construct residential homes on five lots. The sixth lot, totaling approximate 12 acres, will be deeded to the Town of Yorktown. The property is in the Farmland Preservation Overlay District. The proposed lots will be served by Town water and individual wells and septic systems with sewer laterals installed in the anticipations of future sewers. The site can be accessed from Hanover Street, Town of Yorktown.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Putnam County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southeast, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Terravest International Corporate Park. The action involves 451,000 square feet of office/warehouse uses, 72 units of senior housing, and creation of a town park. The project is located in the northwest portion of the Town of Southeast along International Blvd. and Zimmer Road.
