Madison County - The Madison County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ferris Industries, Inc. Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the following: (1) the acquisition of an interest in an approximately 12 acre parcel of land located on Route 46 in the Town of Stockbridge and the Village of Munnsville, together with an approximately 88,000 sq. ft. building located thereon, (2) the renovation of the Existing Facility, (3) the construction of an approximately 33,000 sq. ft. addition to the Existing Facility and (4) the acquisition and installation therein and thereon of certain machinery and equipment. The project is located on Route 46 in the Town of Stockbridge and the Village of Munnsville.

Oswego County - The Town of Hastings Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed East Fort Brewerton Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 4,400 linear feet of small diameter low-pressure collector sewers, laterals, junction manholes, residential grinder pump stations, and appurtenances. The project is located on County Route 37 (Swamp Road) and Dewey, Town of Hastings.

Onondaga County - The Manlius Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed T.H. Kinsella, Inc. - Zone Change Request, Permit to Mine. The action involves a zone change from Restricted Agricultural to Natural Resource Removal District and for a Mining Permit for a 29+/- acre parcel immediately adjoining its existing quarry in the Town of Manlius and for a renewal of its current mining permit. The project is located south of Route 5, Town of Manlius.
