Albany County The Planning Board of the Town of Colonie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed British American Offices will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of two office buildings with a total of approximately 161,184 sq. ft. of general office space. The project is located at 29 British American Boulevard in the Town of Colonie

SERP ACTION - Reaffirmation of Negative Declaration

Albany County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town Board of the Town of Colonie, as lead agency, has determined that the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves an increase in net capacity of the existing water treatment plant from 22.5 MGD to 30.0 MGD, including construction of appurtenant facilities. The project is located at 100 Onderdonk Avenue in the Town of Colonie.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS And Public Hearing

Albany County - The Board of Education of the City School District of Albany, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Middle School. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on March 3, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Albany High School, 700 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York. Comments will be accepted by the Board, through March 16, 2003. The action involves the construction of a new middle school on an approximately 18 acre parcel located near the intersection of Kelton Court and Whitehall Road.
