day from two new groundwater wells to serve approximately 50 residences and
businesses in the hamlet of Natural Bridge. The system will replace a deteriorated water
distribution system.

Quality Certification for the continued operation of the
existing St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project (installed generating capacity 912,000 kW) on
the St. Lawrence River, (T) Massena, St. Lawrence County approximately six miles north
of the Village of Massena, as part of its application to the Federal Regulatory Energy
Commission (FERC) for a new license, Project No. 2000-010 NY. A draft Water Quality
Certification is available for public review at the DEC Region 6 office. A preliminary
draft federal environmental impact statement has been prepared on this project and is on
file.
