The Intelligent Traffic System (“I.T.S.”) traffic monitoring cameras and communications equipment of the DOT will be installed at the very top of the monopole with the antennas and related equipment of AT&T, placed on a platform immediately thereunder at 80 feet. The project is located on a parcel owned by the State under the jurisdiction of the DOT along Ramp V and the north service road at Exit 36 of the Long Island Expressway (“LIE”) at the DOT recharge basin right-of-way in the Village of North Hills, Nassau County, New York.
