by 15.3 acres to incorporate a proposed 4.8 acre bluestone extraction area located on the
north face of Tower Mountain. The method for extracting the bluestone will be via
controlled blasting within drilled boreholes. The mining operation is located south of
State Route 23 in the hamlet of Ashland.
