Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kircher Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the resubdivision of 4 pre-existing, non-conforming lots into a single lot for the purpose of construction of one single family residence. The project will also involve the upgrade of an existing private drive, construction of a dock facility, installation of a low pressure force main for sewage disposal and encroachment into a locally designated Woodland, Wetland and Steep Slope protection districts. The project is located at 22-30 Avalon Trail, Penfield (T), Monroe Co.

Ontario County - The Town Board of the Town of Naples, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of Naples Town Zoning Law - Conversion of Lands from Agricultural/Conservation (AG) to Commercial (C-1) Zoning Classification will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town amending its Zoning Law to change the Zoning Classification of 3.2 acres from Agricultural/Conservation (AG) to Commercial (C-1). The project is located west and north of NYS Rte. 21 bounded on the south by Naples Creek and on the east by Village of Naples.

Tompkins County The Planning Board of the Village of Groton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Eastwood Acres Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a subdivision consisting of eight lots for single family homes. The project is located off Elm Street near east Village boundary.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Monroe County - The Zoning Board of the Town of Perinton, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Waste Management of NY requesting a Special Permit for expansion of the Western Expansion Landfill. The project involves filling in the landfill between the Western Expansion and the closed portion of the High Acres landfill. This project is also known as Parkway Expansion Phase ll. The project is located in the Town of Perinton.
