Monroe County - The Zoning Board of the Town of Perinton, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Waste Management of NY requesting a Special Permit for expansion of the Western Expansion Landfill. The project involves filling in the landfill between the Western Expansion and the closed portion of the High Acres landfill. This project is also known as Parkway Expansion Phase ll. The project is located in the Town of Perinton.
