Westchester County - A public hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 4 Penfield Place, Pelham Manor, New York on February 10, 2003 at 8:15 p.m. to consider the adoption of Local Law No. 1-2003 which amends the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Pelham Manor by modifying the provisions of the residential zoning districts relating to coverage setbacks, non-conforming buildings, change of grade, providing for a special permit under certain circumstances and amending certain provisions of the Zoning Ordinance to bring them into conformity with State Law.

Dutchess County - The Planning Board of the Town of North East, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed G.R.J.H. Sunoco Gas Station will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves expansion of an existing non-conforming service station to accommodate a new bathroom, construction of a canopy over service station and pumps, and related site improvements. The project is located NYS Route 44 (Main Street), Town of North East, Dutchess County, NY.
The conditions are:1. Replacement of the existing sign with an externally lit, low monument style sign with a stone foundation, and a sign height and square footage that does not exceed the requirements of the Zoning.

Westchester County - The Common Council of the City of Peekskill, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 9-11 Corporate Park Drive may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the disposition of city-owned land from the City of Peekskill to the Peekskill Industrial Development Agency (IDA). This component of the proposed action is generic in nature. The component includes site plan approval by the Peekskill Planning Commission. Development of an approximately 100,000 square foot industrial laundry facility with capacity for an approximately 25,000 square foot expansion with approximately 200 onsite parking spaces. The proposed would relocate an existing laundry facility located at 411 Highland Avenue and a significant portion of the operations at 4 John Walsh Boulevard. This component of the proposed action is project-specific in nature. The component includes the Site Plan approval by the Peekskill Planning Commission. The 9-11 Corporate Park Drive, City of Peekskill, Westchester, New York. The proposed laundry facility is to be located on a site in the northwestern Section of the City, bounded by two commercial properties to the northeast, a sewer easement for the Westchester County Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Corporate Drive to the east, undeveloped brushland and the County WWTP to the south and the Annsville Creek to the northwest.

Dutchess County - The Town Board of the Town of East Fishkill, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hopewell Hamlet Sewer District. The action involves the creation of the Hopewell Hamlet Sewer District, located within the Town of East Fishkill which involves the construction of a wastewater collection system and a wastewater treatment plan to serve the existing commercial properties within the hamlet as well as enable developers of the proposed developments (Crooked Oaks, Hopewell Glen, Lake Walton, Twin Creeks, Unity Plaza, and Village Green) to connect their subdivisions to the facility. The project is located in Hopewell Hamlet, East Fishkill.
