the State Route 224 bridge over McDuffy Creek (Class C), employ in-stream measures to
reduce the deposition of sediments to improve creek channel capacity, and install
streambank measures to prevent scour. Application materials are available for public
review and comment at the NYS DEC Regional Headquarters.
