Livingston - Monroe County - The County of Monroe, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lehigh Valley Linear Trail Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of a multi-use (hiking, biking, equestrian and other non-motorized uses) trail along approximately 15 miles of the former Lehigh Valley Railroad right-of-way across Monroe County. This project also includes construction of approaches to, and the installation of decking on, six existing bridges, and the construction of parking areas (to include parking for equestrian trailers at some locations) within the corridor. The project is located at the former Lehigh Valley railroad beds in the Towns of Mendon and Rush, Monroe County and the Town of Caledonia, Livingston County.

Monroe County - The Planning Board of the Town of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Millner Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of two new single family residences partially located within a locally designated Steep Slope protection district. The project will require the widening of an existing driveway with improvements in two municipalities. The project is located at 794 and 796 Penfield Road, Town of Brighton and Town of Penfield.

Steuben County - The Village of Cohocton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Cohocton Water System Improvements, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of approximately 20,000 lineal of 8- and 12-inch replacement and extension water mains on within the Village Development of a replacement well with treatment located in the Town of Cohocton, off NYS Route 371 approximately 1.5 miles north of the Village limits, and associated transmission main to the Village. The project is generally located on portions various Village streets including North Main, Wheeler, Wilcox, St Jude, Larrowe, Park, Allen, Second, Maple and South Dansville and along NYS Route 371 north of the village limits.

Steuben County - The Planning Board of the Village of Hammondsport, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Garrett Landing Site Development Project. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on February 10, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village of Hammondsport Offices, 41 Lake Street, Hammondsport, NY. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until February 24, 2003. The action involves construction of a three story townhouse building containing twenty-six townhouse units. The project is located at One Lake Street (Water Street, Lake Street and Mill Street in the Village of Hammondsport).
