Dutchess County - The Town of Pawling Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Acquisition of Holiday Hill YMCA Conference Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition of a certain tract of land, within it borders, presently owned by the YMCA of Greater New York in order to provide a municipal government center on the site as well as public park and recreational lands for its residents. The project is located in the Town of Pawling.

Sullivan County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NYS Route 42 (Pleasant Street) Reconstruction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstruction of a portion of NY Route 42 (Pleasant Street) in the Village of Monticello, Town of Thompson. The project will include reconstruction of two major intersections: Pleasant Street/High Street and Pleasant Street/Thompsonville Road. Minor side street intersections will be reconstructed to match the proposed grade. Sidewalks will be provided throughout the project and will continue beyond the limits of highway reconstruction (and beyond the Village limits) to a point south of Anawana Lake Road in the Town of Thompson. The project is located in the Village of Monticello, Town of Thompson.

Ulster County – The Town Planning Board of the Town of Marlborough, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed twenty (20) lot residential subdivision of Joel and Frances E. Truncali will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves subdivision approval of twenty (20) residential lots, one (1) lot being designated no build, upon 87.8 acres of land situate in the R-Ag-1 Zoning District. The action further involves the construction of public and private roadways servicing the premises, associated drainage facilities and other development infrastructure. The related actions include dedication and acceptance of the public roadway and Cooperative Policy Statement #7 issuance as to the private roadway. The project is located on the southerly side of Mount Zion Road, Town of Marlborough, Ulster County.

Dutchess County - The Town of Hyde Park Town Board, as lead agency, has extended the comment period on the proposed Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement of the revision of Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Law and Subdivision Law. Written comments on the Draft Generic EIS has been extended until January 31, 2003. The action involves the revision of the Comprehensive Plan adopted in 1997 by the Town Board, and revision of the Zoning Law and Subdivision Law to implement the 1997 Comprehensive Plan and the revisions thereof. The revisions will implement the 1997 Comprehensive Plan's goal of concentrating development in traditional neighborhoods, hamlets and the town center, and regulating new uses principally by their scale, density and intensity of use. The project is located in the Town of Hyde Park.

Westchester County - The Village of Scarsdale Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Windmill/Fairview Subdivision. The action involves a 6-lot residential subdivision, including the provision of an internal cul-de-sac roadway, stormwater management facilities and ancillary utilities. The project is located between Fairview Road and Windmill Lane in the northwest portion of the Village of Scarsdale.
