finger docks; and excavate to remove 1' to 2' of sediment from along the base of the wall
with the excavated area to measure 125' long x 5' wide; plus replace the rock-filled
cribbing under the south side of the boathouse all in FWW ST-1, a 16 acre Class II
freshwater wetland in Millens Bay, Town of Cape Vincent, Jefferson County.
