Avenues including curbs, roadway and utilities. The street improvements are within the
adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-9 (Dongan Hills).
The purpose of the proposed street improvements is to access Block 3478 - Lots 1, 3, 4,
6, 8, and 9 for construction of 8 semi-attached one -family houses. The proposed houses
are not within NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetlands or freshwater wetlands adjacent
area.
