Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Town of LeRoy, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of LeRoy Extension No. 1 to the Consolidated Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental imapct. The action involves the installation of 22,300 feet of 8-inch watermain along portions of Selden, West Bergen, and Randall Roads. The project will provide public water service to 70 parcels of land currently dependent on individual wells which produce an inadequate supply of poor quality water. Water will be purchased from the Monroe County Water Authority, which has the capacity to provide the volume of water needed to serve this area of the Town of LeRoy. The project is located on portions of Selden, West Bergen, and Randall Roads, Town of LeRoy, Genesee County, NY.

Monroe County The Town of Hamlin, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlin-Kendall Water District No. 1, Extension No. 6 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Towns of Hamlin and Kendall proposing to extend public water to an area designated as the Hamlin-Kendall Water District No. 1 Extension No. 6, which is located within the Town of Hamlin. Residents of this area of Hamlin are dependent upon individual well supplies that typically produce limited yields of quality water. The project involves the construction of 18,100 linear feet of 8 inch watermain along portions of Drake Road, Fencewood Lane and NYS Route 18 from Drake Road to Kendall Mills. The proposed improvements would also provide a second connection from the Hamlin-Kendall Water District to the Monroe County Water Authority. The project is located on portions of Drake Road, Fencewood Lane and NYS Route 18 from Drake Road to Kendall Mills, Town of Hamlin, Monroe County, NY.

Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Brighton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Brighton Composting Facility, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction and operation of a composting facility for leaves and a limited amount of grass clippings with an associated stormwater diversion system for water quality control. The project is located at 444 Browncroft Boulevard, Brighton, NY.
