Applicant proposes to remove all existing boardwalks, fencing, and 170' of standard and low sill bulkhead, and replace, in place, with 170' of navy type bulkhead. Applicant proposes to raise the  replacement bulkhead to a uniform 5' above grade, resulting in the closing off of existing boatwell. Additionally, applicant proposes to dredge to 4' below mean low water  10' seaward of bulkhead and use resultant 95 cubic yards of spoil as fill for boatwell and backfill behind bulkhead. Project includes construction of a new 10' return at south end and construction of a 10' wide capping boardwalk and installation of a chain link fence. Project is located on Montauk Highway adjacent to Amityville Creek in Amityville.

The applicant proposes to dredge 753,000 cubic yards of sand from an offshore borrow site and place the sand on eroded dunes and beaches along 7,400 feet of shoreline in the Fire Island Pines community.  The borrow site is proposed to be dredged an average of 6 feet below the existing grade/depth and the site is located approximately one mile south of the Fire Island Pines  area.  The dredging and sand placement is expected to be a one-time event to nourish eroded dunes and beaches.  The project is located in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.

Applicant proposes: To remove and replace 165' of bowed out bulkhead, and construct 40' of new bulkhead extension on north side of marina, and to remove and replace 7' of bulkhead in northwest corner with new 30' return. To build a new 4' wide capping boardwalk and remove and replace pilings off northerly bulkhead. To remove all bulkheading on east and south sides of marina basin and replace with low sill bulkheads landward of existing bulkhead on east and south side. To build 360' of upper wall landward of low sill bulkheads and 20' of standard bulkhead in southwest corner to connect. To excavate seaward of proposed low sill bullkheads to 4' below average low water, and to excavate between low sill bulkheads and landward wall to create slope on which to plant high marsh and intertidal marsh vegetation. To dredge entire marina basin to 4' below average low water and build a 4' wide walk adjacent and seaward of low sill bulkheads.To remove existing floating dock and ramp off south bulkhead. To install 6 pilings  for piling/pulley mooring system. To build a 4' x 105' fixed pier and a 4' x 50' fixed pier with 5 mooring piles. Excavation is expected to result in 2000 cubic yards of spoil to be used as backfill or removed to an upland location. Project is located on Fireplace Lane, Brookhaven.

The applicant proposes to remove the existing garage, concrete slab floor, and adjacent asphalt driveway, construct an in-ground swimming pool and brick patio, and a new garage on the north side of the dwelling.  The proposed work is within the adjacent area of NYS wetland P-2 located at 21 Lake Shore Drive, Patchogue, Brookhaven Town, SCTM #204-4-8-32.

The applicant proposes to remove and replace within 18" of the existing bulkhead location 49 linear feet of bulkhead and construct two 6 ft. returns.  Place 60 cubic yards as backfill and to fill in existing boat ramp.  Construct a 4 ft. wide capping boardwalk and replkace 20 linear feet of wood walk.  The property is located at 25 Bayview Avenue, Ocean Bay Park, Fire Island, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk on the Great South Bay.

The applicant proposes to subdivide an existing parcel measuring approximately 69.6 acres in area.  This property is located on Springy Banks Road in the Town of East Hampton.  It is bounded on the west by Springy Banks Road, on the east by Three Mile Harbor, and on the north by Hands Creek and Nature Conservancy property.  Four new parcels would be created, the largest measuring approximately 57 acres and the three smaller parcels approximately 3.8, 5.9, and 2.9 acres respectively.  No construction or other disturbance is proposed at this time.  

The applicant proposes to remove three existing buildings, conduct clearing, grading and ground disturbance, and construct six single family dwellings and associated sanitary systems.  Two of the buildings to be removed and three of the proposed single family dwellings are partially within the 100-foot adjacent area of NYS wetland H-16 as delineated by Nelson, Pope & Voorhis on 6/29/02.  None of the proposed sanitary systems are within the 100-foot adjacent area.  The project is located on the e/s/o Lenox Road, n/o Barclay Street and s/o Oregon Drive, Huntington Station, Huntington Town, SCTM #400-150-4-57.

The applicant proposes to dredge 1.3 million cubic yards of sand from an offshore borrow site and place the sand on eroded dunes and beaches along 8,800 feet of shoreline in the Fire Island communities of Saltaire, Fair Harbor, Dunewood and Lonelyville.  The borrow site is proposed to be dredged an average of 11 feet below the existing grade/depth and the site is located approximately one mile south of the Seaview/Ocean Bay Park area.  The dredging and sand placement is  expected to be a one-time event to nourish eroded dunes and beaches.   The project is  located in the Town of Islip and the Village of Saltaire, Suffolk County.  

The applicant proposes to relocate two mooring piles, install 6 new mooring piles and dredge a 17 foot by 25 foot area of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone (SM/LZ) to a depth of 6 feet below mean low water.  The resultant 23  cubic yards of dredge material will be disposed of at an approved upland site.  The project is located at 164 West Islip Road, West Islip, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0500-476-01-006.  

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 13.08 acre lot into 4 lots for single family use.  Lot 1 will be 4.77 acres, Lot 2 will be 2.34 acres, Lot 3 will be 3.81 acres, and Lot 4 will be 2.14 acres. The applicant also proposes to remove an existing swimming pool and cottage on the property. The property is located on the south side of Montauk Highway, east side of Peconic Road, Southampton, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, current SCTM# 0900-232-2-5 & 10.
