Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
fill an area approximately 0.33 acres, 2 - 3' deep,
approximately 1000 cubic yards, around an existing A-Frame house on Fire Lane 6
(which is also known as Krystyna Lane). No fill would be placed any closer to the
Seneca River than the side of the house closest to the river, which is approximately 95'
from the ordinary water mark.
