Project Description:
The applicant proposes to
cross approximately 130 feet of wetland #PB-7 with a
driveway serving a new house. As mitigation, a pond of approximately 1/5 acre planted
with emergents would be constructed in the wetland adjacent area. The location is to the
northwest of Howell Street, north of the intersection with Van Kuren Avenue.
