Project Description:
The applicant is seeking
a new SPDES permit for stormwater from secondary
containment structures for two stroage tank areas, two pads and an engine skid at the
existing TBG Cogen facility. Stormwater from these containment areas will be
discharged to groundwater via adjacent surface soils.
The Department has made
a tentative determination to approve this new application. This
tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is
considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance, based on information
available to the Department at this time. A draft permit is available for review upon
request.
