|Reaffirmation of Negative Declaration|
Niagara County - The Town of Lewiston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sweethome Rd and Wayside Dr Sanitary Sewer Improvement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reaffirmation of the Negative Declaration dated December 19, 2000. The project consists of the installation of sanitary sewers in the Sweethome and Wayside neighborhoods. The Sweethome area will comprise of 4,545 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer, 1,090 linear feet of 1 ½-inch polyethylene tubing and a duplex grinder pump station. The Wayside area consists of 2,715 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer. The project will service 66 existing homes and be installed entirely within established public rights-of-way. The Town intends on obtaining long term financing from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation. The project is located in Sweethome and Wayside Improvement Areas, Town of Lewiston.

Niagara County - The Town of Lockport Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Lockport by adoption of a Local Law establishing Commercial Corridor Overlay District in the Town of Lockport. The project is located on Route 78 south of the City of Lockport, Route 93 between Raymond Road and the Lockport Bypass, and all lands to a depth of 1,000 feet thereof in the Town of Lockport.
