New York County - The New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 215 East Houston Street, 189-00-BZ will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves.an application for a zoning variance under Z.R. 72-21 to permit, in a C6-1 zoning district, the proposed erection of a 23-story residential building which does not comply with floor area, open space, zoning rooms and height and setback.
