Notice of Final Guidance for Suspending Application Review and Time Frames, DEP 02-1

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), Division of Environmental Permits, has finalized a Program Policy Memorandum (PPM) providing guidance on suspending application review and time frames in accordance with Uniform Procedures Act regulations, 6NYCRR Part 621.
