Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Village of Mt. Morris, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Mt. Morris Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of approximately 8,330 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer in the Village of Mount Morris that is old and deteriorated. Replacement sewer will be the same size and in the same location as the existing sewer. The project is located along Main Street (NYS Route 36), State Street (NYS Route 408), Mill Street, Sullivan Street and Chapel Street in the Village of Mt. Morris, NY.

Yates County 0 The Town Board of the Town of Milo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed amendments to the Town of Milo Zoning Ordinance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adding certain definitions to the town's zoning laws; it would add as Special Uses to the Agricultural Conservation District, Agricultural Residential District, Agricultural Multiple Residential District, Low Denisty Residential District, Commercial District, and Industrial District. The proposed amendments would also add height regulations, indoor storage requirements, minimum floor area, standards for private roads, and requirements for the issuance of a building permit. These amendments are intended to improve land use regulations, promote the public health, safety and general welfare, and prescribe the most desirable use for which this land may be used. The project is located in the Town of Milo.

SERP Action - Negative Declaration

Steuben County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town Board of the Town of Jasper, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sanitary Sewer System (CWSRF# C8-6406-01-00) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves construction of a gravity wastewater collection system and a new wastewater treatment facility that serves the properties within the hamlet. The project is located in the Town of Jasper.
