All Adirondack Park Counties - The New York State Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Generic Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Amendments to Adirondack Park Agency Regulations. The action involves representing the third rule making of the Adirondack Park Agency’s regulatory revision effort; proposes a comprehensive replacement of the Agency’s enforcement process regulations, specifically Part 581 of 9 NYCRR Subtitle Q.

Essex County - The Town Board of the Town of Essex, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Comprehensive Plan, Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, Zoning Law, Waterways and Harbor Management Law. The action is legislative and includes the adoption, by the Town Board of Essex, of a proposed Comprehensive Plan (entitled, "Essex New York, A Comprehensive Plan" and dated January 2001), the Town of Essex Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (dated January 2002), the Town of Essex Zoning Law (dated March 18, 2002), and the Town of Essex Waterways and Harbor Management Law (dated March 20, 2002). The adoption of the aforementioned plans and regulations actually constitute four separate legislative acts that are being considered together for purposes of SEQRA review since they are all interrelated. The action is Town-wide and thereby affects all land and water within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Essex. The Town of Essex is located on Lake Champlain within the Adirondack Park, in the County of Essex, New York.
