approximately 390 gallons per day of treated sanitary effluent to a storm sewer to Thornell

Project Description:
Applicant proposes to create
an extension of Savannah Water District No. 1 (3rd
extension) primarily to serve the proposed Crusoe Audubon Center at Montezuma (an
environmental education facility). The additional take of supply is estimated to average
4,300 gpd from the District's 130,000 gpd Well #1 and Well #2. Project includes the
installation of 3,965 linear ft. of 8" watermain and appurtenances to serve the Center,
Potato Fair, Wayne County Highway Department, and other areas already served. District
includes land around the proposed Center, land west of existing District limits and
bounded by NYS Route 31 W and Messner Road, land within 500 ft. either side of Wiley
Road for a distance of approximately 875 ft. south of existing District limit at Severence
Rd., and land within 500 ft. of Fort Hill Rd. including residence of Michael Kolczynski.
