Montgomery County - The Town Board of the Town of Canajoharie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amending the Town of Canajoharie Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending the Zoning Law to add Public Buildings, Community Parks, Public Utility Stations, Personal Wireless Services Facilities, and Commercial Radio/TV Transmission and Receiving Structures as permitted or specially permitted uses. The project is located townwide.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Greene County - The Village of Hunter, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Village's New Sewage Infrastructure Program. Written comments will be accepted until December 6, 2002. The action involves changes to the Sewer Service Area and treatment technology for the proposed construction of a Publicly-Owned Treatment Works by the Village of Hunter under the City of New York's New Infrastructure Program. An FEIS and Statement of Findings were originally adopted on July 24, 2000. The project is located villagewide.
