Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Livonia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlet of Hemlock Sanitary Sewer Transmission Main and Pump Stations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of two sanitary sewer pump stations and 14,600 lf of forcemain to convey the collected Hamlet of Hemlock Sewer District sewage flows to the Livingston County Water and Sewer Authority Treatment Facility. The forcemain is proposed to be installed mainly within the road right-of-ways of Clay Street, NYS Route 15, Adams Road, Federal Road and Big Tree Road within the Town of Livonia, Livingston County, New York.

Livingston County - The Board of Supervisors of Livingston County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Livingston County Skilled Nursing Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a new 266-bed Skilled Nursing Facility to be located on an 11-acre parcel on the County's Murray Hill Campus. The facility will combine the existing nursing facility on the campus and the existing facility in the Town of Geneseo into one facility. The proposed action will include the construction of parking areas, access roads and utility connections. The project is located on Murray Hill Drive, Mt. Morris, Livingston County, New York.

Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed ESL Federal Credit Union Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves application for Site Plan approval for a kiosk for an ATM. The project includes demolition of an existing building, removal of parking spaces and pavement, and creating a one-way traffic flow for use of drive-up ATM customers. The site lies within a 100-year floodplain. The project is located at 1610 Penfield Road, Town of Penfield, Monroe County.

Seneca County - The Village of Waterloo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Waterloo Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves upgrade, rehabilitation and improvements to most major components of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is located in the existing Village of Waterloo Wastewater Treatment Plant on East River Road in the Village of Waterloo.

Monroe County - The City of Rochester, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Live Entertainment may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves establishment of live entertainment in an existing bar/nightclub located on the first floor of a multi-story building an application requiring Planning Commission approval. The project is located at 444 Central Avenue Rochester, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft Generic EIS

Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Penfield, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Browncroft Blossom Creek Neighborhood Center Plan. Written comments on the Draft Generic EIS will be accepted until December 12, 2002. The action involves adoption of a land use plan for commercial and residential uses in close proximity of the intersection of two State roads and a County road. The impacts addressed include traffic generation, impact on quality of life, storm water impacts, environmental constraints to development and re-development, and provides mitigation recommendations for the impacts identified. The project is located within 1500 +/- feet of the intersection of Browncroft Blvd., Blossom Road and Creek Street, Town of Penfield, Monroe County.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Yates County - The Yates County Legislature, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Airport Improvements at Penn Yan - Yates County Airport. The action involves a 1,000 linear foot runway and taxiway extension to runway 1 at Penn Yan - Yates County Airport, and installation of an approach lighting system to Runway 1. The proposed action also includes land acquisition and obstruction removal. The project is located at Penn Yan - Yates County Airport, 2262 Airport Drive, Penn Yan, New York.
