Notice of adoption of regulations 6NYCRR Parts 40 and 44 relating to marine and estuarine finfish and crustaceans. The proposed rule making notice will be published in issue 47 of the State Register, dated 11/20/2002.

Dutchess County - The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Harlem Valley Materials Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the modification of an existing mining permit to create an 11-acre pond with the 75-acre "life of mine" affected area of an existing sand and grvel mine. The project is located on the west side of County Route 3 (Bog Hollow Road), Town of Amenia.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft Generic EIS and Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The Bedford Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed 2002 Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Bedford. A public hearing on the Draft Generic EIS will be held on November 19, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York. The public comment period ends on December 2, 2002. The action involves the adoption of a New Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Bedford.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft Generic EIS|
Dutchess County - The Town of Hyde Park Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed revision of Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Law and Subdivision Law. Written comments on the Draft Generic EIS will be accepted until January 17, 2003. The action involves the revision of the Comprehensive Plan adopted in 1997 by the Town Board, and revision of the Zoning Law and Subdivision Law to implement the 1997 Comprehensive Plan and the revisions thereof. The revisions will implement the 1997 Comprehensive Plan's goal of concentrating development in traditional neighborhoods, hamlets and the town center, and regulating new uses principally by their scale, density and intensity of use. The project is located in the Town of Hyde Park.
