Chenango County - The City of Norwich, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves water system improvements including electrical, general, and mechanical system improvements at the City of Norwich water treatment (filtration) plant; and the installation of 3,700 lineal feet of new transmission/distribution line; and the replacement of 29,500 lineal feet of existing distribution system line. The project is located in various locations throughout the City of Norwich.

Madison County - The Stockbridge Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law #1-2002 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Loca Law #1-2002 comprising amendments to the Town of Stockbridge Land Use Law's Section 203 (Land Use Schedule), 301 (Residential District, RD), 302 (Agricultural-Residential-Commercial District), and Section 605 (Variances, Appeals and Special Use Permit Procedures) that would categorize Wind Power Electricity Generation and Transmission Facilities as a specific regulatory special use within the Town and provide specific standards and site plan submission requirements under which wind power facility proposals may be reviewed and evaluated. The project is located in the Town of Stockbridge.
