Cattaraugus County - The Town Board of the Town of Allegany, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendments to Zoning Ordinance ll of the Town of Allegany will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a set of amendments to Zoning Ordinance ll, which are designed to implement land use policies of the Route 417 Corridor Management Plan. The amendments include two new corridor overlay districts that contain design guidelines for future development in the Route 417 Corridor. In addition there are a new Highway Commercial zoning district and a new Community Facilities zoning district. The amendments also include a provision that will allow incentive zoning within the Town.

|Notice Of Acceptance Of Final Supplement To The Generic EIS|
Erie County - The Town of West Seneca, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplement To The Generic EIS on the proposed North America Center Industrial Park build-out of High Technology, Manufacturing and Service Industry Development. The proposed action is the siting of one or more large-scale high-technology industries and/or other targeted manufacturing and service industries on 200+/- acres of the 427-acres in North America Center (NAC) on North America Dr. in West Seneca, NY. This is a Generic EIS for presently an unknown project action, thus, the EIS seeks to identify potential developments or tenants and analyze their potential environmental impacts from case studies, conceptual plans, site specific reports and previously completed environmental analysis. The following six target industries have been identified as possible developments and/or tenants of the NAC:
Location: NAC is located in the Town of West Seneca, Erie County and is generally bounded to the north by Seneca Creek Rd., to the south by railroad track and Route 400, to the east by Lein Rd., and to the west by Ransier Dr. The subject of this DSGEIS is a 200-acre vacant portion of NAC.
Potential Environmental Impacts: The SGEIS identified and evaluated the following impacts beyond what was evaluated in the original EIS prepared for the NAC:
