Broome County - The Town Board of Kirkwood, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Update Pursuant to New Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. A public hearing will be held on November 26, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kirwood Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, New York, Public Comment Period ends November 20, 2002. The action involves various revisions to text of Town Zoning Ordinance as recommended by Comprehensive Plan study committee and Comprehensive Plan Update previously adopted by Town Board. The project is located townwide.

Onondaga County - The Board of Turstees of the Village of Tully, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Enactment of Proposed Local Law 4-2002, Regulation of Domestic Household Pets will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a local law which will amend the definition of domestic household pets to prohibit the keeping of farm animals and some other non-traditional pets with the Village Limits. The project is villagewide.
