Herkimer County - The Common Council of the City of Little Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Slow Sand Filter Plant and Potable Water Storage Tank will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves water system improvements including the construction of a Slow Sand Filtration Plant and Storage Tank for the filtration, treatment and storage of the City of Little Falls Drinking Water, including associated buildings, tank, water mains, and appurtenances to comply with current New York State Department of Health regulations. The project is located in the City of Little Falls.

Jefferson County - The Town of Hounsfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Enactment of Local Law Establishing Rules, Regulations and Water Rents for Town of Hounsfield will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves enactment of Local Law establishing rents, regulations and water rents for the Town of Hounsfield Water District No. 2.

St. Lawrence County - The Village of Hammond, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Collection and Treatment Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of new 4” sanitary forcemain, replace existing sanitary sewer piping along Main Street and Route 37, replace existing lagoon baffles and install a new above ground pump station to replace an existing below ground pump station. The project is located in the Village of Hammond.
